Chinese New Year firework dinners at Alfresco Lane

Welcome the year of the monkey at Alfresco Lane with spectacular views of the Chinese New Year fireworks and exceptional food

Hong Kong’s annual Chinese New Year fireworks production is said to be the most phenomenal display in the world. The sky above Victoria Harbour lights up for a breathtaking 30-minute event as ships launch a barrage of shimmering pyrotechnic explosions. To celebrate the arrival of the year of the monkey, the fireworks will take place on the second day of Chinese New Year, Tuesday February 9 at 8pm.

The best place to see the extravaganza, of course, is from Tsim Sha Tsui, garnering a view of the fireworks complete with the backdrop of the illuminated Central skyline and Victoria Peak. Alfresco Lane is at the epicentre of this production, situated on the waterfront promenade at Tsim Sha Tsui East, with large open windows offering patrons uninterrupted sight of the  spectacular scenes in the harbor. Enjoy the fireworks from the comfort of Alfresco Lane’s many restaurants and take in the show while dining on your favourite dishes. Here are just some of the highlights!
