Favourite place for a date:

I enjoy going to The Peak a lot, especially during nighttime. I think it’s very romantic.

Favourite foodie districts in HK: 

Tsim Sha Tsui and Causeway Bay. These two districts offer a wide selection of restaurants.

Favourite breakfast:

A hearty traditional Japanese breakfast always energises and motivates me.

Favourite restaurant in Hong Kong: 

Hot Pot is just like shabu shabu in Japan. One of the restaurants I often visit is the Paradise of King Asia Seafood Hot Pot in Causeway Bay. 

Favourite drink: 

My all-time favourite drink is tea. It relaxes and refreshes my mind with a host of health benefits. 

Favourite guilty pleasure: 

I have a sweet tooth and love desserts – but desserts are bad for my teeth.

Favourite dinner companions: 

Without doubt, my family.

Favourite meal of the day: 

I love to have a fulfilling dinner to reward and conclude my day of hard work before I take a good rest and get myself prepared for the next day. 

Favourite secret ingredient: 

My own secret recipe of Japanese bonito stock plays a very important role in my dishes.

Favourite desserts: 

Traditional Japanese desserts, such as mochi and wagashi, are my favourites.
