LKF Halloween Thu Oct 31
Sure, the queues are long. Like, really, really long. But the classic street festival in Lan Kwai Fong is surely the optimum place to showcase your costume to the hordes of revellers, and also the best place to watch the bold and the beautiful strutting their stuff. Get there early and soak up the atmosphere.

Lan Kwai Fong, Central. Free.
